- The goods are guaranteed for 12 months, from the date of sale, for the artificial quality problem, within one year, any fault caused by non-artificial reason we should maintain freely.

For any no-human damage, clients can send back to factory (delivery fee should be paid by clients). And we will send the new goods back to client.

Or we can also discuss other solutions, say, give you discount in your next order.

2. Quality

- We have very strict QC system, from material to the finished goods.

We will 100% check before we ship the goods to clients.

3. Capacity

- If the material is in stock, 500pcs per working day.

4. How to program wifi/app?

- We will supply you very detailed user manual, it is easy to learn to operate.

5. How to create the video?

- Will send the detailed course to you.

6. Does it supply synchronization? How?

- Yes, sync is available.

7. LED lifetime? Motor lifetime?

- LED life time is 5 years. Motor life time is 1-2 years.
